The EU’s prioritization of CRMs and the promise of support through the Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance ipafunds for 2025-2027 announces a new era of growth and innovation.
Dr. Ledi Cela Moisiu, the Director of the Albanian Regional Innovation Centre (RIC EIT Albania), presented the center’s mission, objectives, and strategic pillars to the EU delegation. The RIC’s action plan, which emphasizes dynamic collaborations across the quadruple helix of government, industry, academia, and civil society, addresses the needs and challenges of key players in the sector.
